I’m happy to be blogging again. I’ve been so caught up with University and marketing projects (for University) that I’ve barely had a minute to myself – and University is important to me! I have two more exams, but I’m fairly confident that I’ll have them under wraps.

My Jeffery Campbell shoes arrived in the mail, introducing the Raid wedges. I was stoked that they fit (true to size), and it was worth having to pay the customs import fee to get them. I’ll take some pictures next week. ♦ The boy and I have started cooking again, I’ve become a gourmet chef in training. This week’s creations included cashew crumbed lamb steaks with fried baby potatoes, sundried tomato & golden kumara mash with sausages, tomato and olive fish parcels with baby potatoes and a green salad. YUM. I keep forgetting to take photos, but I want to pull them together into a personal cookbook. ♦

BP Oil Spill gelato was definitely one of this week’s highlights, I have been doing a bit of work with Giapo Gelato over the past couple of weeks and this involved sourcing gas pumps and barrels for the launch of the Oil Spill gelato (which was quite a success!). ♦
