Joanne Faith is currently completing a Bachelor of Business and Information Management with a major in Marketing and Information Management at the University of Auckland. She bring a new and creative perspective to marketing strategy, with a special interest in social media and community management.
Joanne has always had an interest in business and marketing, and combined with a love for computers and information technology found her way to the BBIM degree. This has allowed her to work with databases, web development and digital media production alongside marketing strategy and advertising and promotion.
Throughout her degree she has taken on additional part time work as a marketing assistant for Giapo Gelato, coordinating and implementing tactical decisions with a focus on building a platform for meaningful customer relationships. She also works as a tutor for the ISOM department at the University of Auckland, exercising her communication and presentation skills in this unique environment.
She enjoys taking on new projects and experimenting with fresh ideas.
She is particularly enthusiastic about how trends in the digital and social media environment’s impact on fashion brands, with a love for fashion and style that lead to the launch of her personal fashion/lifestyle/marketing blog.
In her spare time she writes for Social Media NZ, a leading social media and technology news site and business information resource, and her personal blog joannefaith.com.
