NZNTM Cycle 2 – The Finale

I ceased writing about NZNTM as we got into the heart of the season, I’m not too sure why. Perhaps I was too busy, or perhaps my attention simply drifted after each 60 minute episode. Regardless, I have enjoyed the season and going into the finale had no idea on what to expect. My pick, Courtenay had been eliminated in the previous week leaving Danielle, Elza and Michaela to fight it out. This week the girls were introduced to a personal trainer who took measurements of the girl’s body fat percentages. I have mixed feelings about the feature. On one hand, almost all of the girls claimed to have no knowledge of their weight, their diet (everyone loves junk food) and exercise (no one does any). The show seems to be trying to confirm that the girls are ‘normal’ and that they do eat.[...]
